Markie Post is a noted American actress who is known for her role as public defense Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels on ABCs drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. Markie Post was an actress as well as on a variety of game show. She is the daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised with two children at Walnut Creek. She was a student at Las Lomas High School where she played cheerleading. Following a short stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Post's previous marriage was to Stephen Knox. She has been married from 1982 on to Michael A. Ross, an actor and a writer, with whom she shares two daughters. Post has inspired many Hollywood actors because she is a fantastic actress, mother and wife. Early credits of Post's include the pilot for the Barnaby-Jones show in 1981, Simon & Simon: Details at Eleven in 1981 season 1 episode 2. The Greatest American Hero and episodes from The A-Team. In 1983 she portrayed various characters in The Only Church in Town and Hot Styles in 1984. The actress was also a regular in the ABC action series The Fall Guy after appearing in the science fiction series Buck Rogers during The Twenty-First Century and as Diane Chambers her best friend on the sitcom Cheers.
